• Project initiation, management and governance of alarge number of biotech and pharma projects in Europe, Asia and North America.

• Development, management and implementation of quality systems and quality & validation approaches. Deep understanding of the global  pharmaceutical engineering market and the variety in project challenges and approaches across different cultures and companies and with a strong focus on China.
