Conceptual Design
A Conceptual Design ensures that your investment decisions are based on a clear picture of possible solutions and the associated cost. At the same time, it should include a thorough analysis of all viable alternatives and provide key stakeholders with a good overview of the coming project. A good conceptual design should also give decision-makers a sound platform for decisions and can be used as a starting point for the specification phase – Basic Design.
Our methodology is based on an in-depth understanding of process. We include utilities, IT and automation, quality and validation assurance (QVA) and building knowhow into the process perspective. Additionally, modular engineering is often key to executing fast-track projects, especially API and biotech projects. This is defined in the CD phase.
