Aileen has more than 19 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and process designing. She is familiar with production process of OSD, Fill Finish and Packaging. She has good experience on process design, technical transfer, GMP inspection and validation with good understanding of cGMP, EMEA and SFDA requirements.

Bi Feng has more than 27 years of design experience in pharmaceutical, semiconductors and industrial buildings which have been involved in all design phases for both greenfield and revamp projects. Also he has wide-ranging experience in project management and engineering in the pharmaceutical industry.

Xing Rong has over 16 years' experience as senior structure engineers. She has got abundant experience on structural design, consequently she can innovate – be smart in finding better methods and solutions to customer/project requirements.
